The former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has arrived the Federal High Court, Lagos for hearing on his bail application. The immediate past Governor of Ekiti had on Monday, appeared before the court, charged with N30.8 billion fraud.
It would be recalled that Fayose had pleaded not guilty to the 11-count charge.
Ayodele Fayose was granted bail in the sum of N50m by a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Wednesday, reports Sahara Reporters.
