Whenever we up analysing organizational/business structures with my homey DPrime Rasheed, he will always tell me "An organization cannot move ahead of it's leadership." Reminiscing about Victoria Kimani's decision to exit my favourite Nigeria music and entertainment company, Chocolate City, I cannot but say, DPrime words are so true.

I remembered sharing this " Chocolate City has lost its spark? What's up with artists leaving the label? DJ Caise on the move... Who is next?" on the February 7th, 2017, after the exit of DJ Caise and homies thought I was hating.

There is more to the music business than meets the eye.
